Pessimistic--Only to the real facts that they have not done what they have promised for many, many years now. I hope like heck the CEO sees this board and maybe, just maybe she completes what she promised that she would do. Financials, Dividends, Products!! All things that either hold a company down or move it up. When the concerns are seen by other buyers, they realize this is what is really driving the PPS lower.
