sunspotter, after having read the facts you stated, I sold 2/3 of my holdings today. Thanks a lot for your post.

I was deceived by its 'fake' buyout offer pr. yesterday and bought at $0.075, just a bit lucky to buy at low's. But, from all the facts and info. I've read, I strongly think it's not only released a 'fake' press, But Also it's a FAKE company.

This company does NOT even have a telephone.

Here is the post on Yahooo SPPH board:

"SPPH has 260 million shares outstanding, SO, on WHAT this 'fake' buyout offer is based ? While this shell company has NOTHING at all.?

This 1 guy company is trying hard to pump it so that he can dump his worthless shares for Christmas gifts!
