At this stage, I see nothing that DF has done
that could possibly be considered criminal and
I seriously doubt that he ever will.

Very similar words were spoken about a certain spongy business when they were making up customers and trying to account for them and never coming out with the audited financials or any financials at all. FINRA came down with accounting actions and SEC halted the trading.

It's a very fine line down here in the Pinky world what is "criminal" and criminal actions are gotten away with all the time. But if any lines are being crossed, it is up to the regulatory entities to sort them out and up to investors and traders to help with the awareness to them.

I'd say when they PR a company going to do millions of dollars of sales with them, then that company being dark and having nothing to do with any sales, then that company being a shell being bought up by DF and company or family and friends along with all the share dilution that has been coinciding with it might be just pushing the line and giving some concern. But I'm sure some good salesman can edit over 40 times to explain that there is no problem (like that isn't some giant red flag in itself).

That's just to start, so there are "possibilities" for sure, why they are having a time conforming to criteria with the SOS, let alone filing any S-1 or having any audited books or even filing any financials at all it seems. Why they need "interpreters" instead of public PRs, they keep messing up with them.

Some of these CEO, founders, etc of Pinks don't even realize when they do cross the line, and some start out with even good ideas or product, just greed or lack of abilities or even the product turns out to be junk creates that line crossing when money to be made is available. These company officers too many times just lie to one along with there isn't one promoter that is going to sell the real truth, because it won't sell.

Legal or not, DF and company is already a failure in my book and many others (too many) feel or think the same way. That, with dilution, shows in the pps and will continue to show.

But you're right on one thing, DF I'm sure is looking at any law possible every which way in order to protect himself.

Still won't make this company worth a pile of beans.
