The only thing that keeps popping into my head is that the JV partner sent an e-mail to a prized shareholder stating almost the same intentions as CBIS. New shares, different symbol, and no divvy, but they also stated it was a foreign exchange they were after.

I don't know, but it's got my wheels turning for sure..........
