Thanks for sharing your DD. I honestly don't think people should be getting their panties in a bunch over this phone number and the voice mail message.
There are tons of better reasons to be buying this stock:
1) The filings that came out on 10/28, read them.
2) The fact that Heskett is the atty behind LOCN, he has been behind some of the largest RM's to date.
3) Professional Traders Fund LLC owning 62% of the controlling interest of LOCN, they have been instrumental in a number of RM's as well.
4) There has been ZERO dilution of this stock to date, that means no dilution at ANY PPS. No dilution yesterday at .19, none when it hit .30 weeks ago.
5) There has been no 'dump' of this stock, namely because there is no 'pump'.
The DD here is UNDENIABLE. Anybody claiming scam or pump and dump on this stock can be challenged with only ONE of these facts and they have NO ARGUMENT. Try it.
