Kipsson....I beg to differ. The remaining cds will still be converted after the R/S. (probably at 50% the lowest trading price during 3 separate trading days prior to conversion...) Thus, the toxic death spiral will continue. Also watch what they do to the authorized....if they leave it as unlimited, look out!)

If I were a betting man....I think that within time, you can buy thinkpath's shares at a fraction of what it is trading at today. (taking into consideration the 1 for 5000 pending split)
