SEC will equally ignore complaints from both us and the company, in my opinion. Moreover, I would much rather see Bob concentrate on getting this first shipment out rather than picking fights with regulatory agencies. PPS will correct itself when real revenues are generated. CUSIP change should take care of all the shorts in January.
