First of all, no offense taken, you have a valid point of view!
I don't think anyone has been "fooled by some mastermind," some people may have bought in at the end of the MOMO run looking to flip for a fast buck and lost a little, no big deal.
Also, if you look back at my previous posts I've never said anything about Ambit being concrete, in fact I've voiced my concern over Ambit being a viable merger candidate. I still have concerns about Ambit being the one, as I'm not sure the rewards outweigh the risks for them, but then again I'm not a CEO.
Finally, I don't think LOCN has been struggling to hold any PPS. As the days have gone by, LOCN has been falling off the radar and without speculation or rumor, there haven't been many new eyes on this stock. The only action we've seen in the last few weeks are MM's walking the PPS down, a few people gettin frustrating and selling for losses, and a few other people finding this gem at a huge bargain and making their investments.
It may be at a higher PPS today than it was last week, but if you are trying to wait for the PPS to creep back down to where it was last week, well that will take quite a bit of time. It is very likely the PR/8k filing will come out before it reaches those levels. Any way you slice it, once that news hits, anyone who bought even on the high yesterday will be very, very happy.
