That's the real question. A lot has been made of what is called 4G right now, (really 3.9G). Meaning, Verizon, Sprint/Nextel, and T-Mobile all claim 4G. However, none of them meet 4G speed criteria: 100Mbs. T-Mobile has the fastest speeds believe it or not and their "3G" techonology is no different than their "4G" technology so how can they call it "4G?" lol I digress.

If MDGC hits 100Mbs, then we will be the true pioneers, in cell phones, of 4G technology, most likely dubbed 5G since the others have falsely claimed 4G already. So why would we claim that meaningless term now.

Might this lead to lawsuits? If I bought a phone thinking I was getting 4G when I wasn't, wouldn't that be false representation?

It is my opinion that MDGC totally abandon 4G terminology and go straight to 5G terminology and TALK about speeds in numbers that can be compared for the average lay person.
