CDIV has been the target of fraudulent market manipulation, and it has been publicly stated by the perpetrator how this "Useless company" was targeted and made in to substantially abnormal value for profit.

And yes, FLD or not, buying up the whole float so you can piss it away when it locks up, making money, is still a crime.
