Yesterday's news did not sink in yet, and moreover had an inverse reaction. I mean there were people buying in at .002 levels and up during past months/years, but now it seems that the same people are losing hope?!?
Like I said before, EMXC was never a tech savvy company, never promoted itself to be one, going back to the "grass roots" American artists/entertainment, their business was structured around more primitive, but at the same time hands-on, fundamental approach. They do have the right material, but did not have foresight to transform that material into cohesive IT based monetized model. This is apparent from just one look at their websites. They lack organization, visual design, and general structure seems to be absent altogether, they were made using outdated scripts etc.
Now to the latest news, what is a Managed Services Provider(MSP), and why is the market reacting negative to this positive development?
"A managed services provider (MSP), is typically an information technology (IT) services provider, who manages and assumes responsibility for providing a defined set of services to their clients either proactively or as they (not the client) determine that the services are needed. Most MSPs bill a flat or near-fixed monthly fee, which benefits their clients by providing them with predictable IT support costs."- Wikipedia
As stated in pr, the MSP was hired to "provide Information Technology intelligence and strategic consultation services."
THIS IS THE SOLE THING THAT KEPT EMXC FROM BEING ABLE TO MONETIZE THEIR MATERIAL AND PORTFOLIO ASSETS. MSPs are teams of efficient, experienced professionals who know how to transform outdated businesses into modern, 21st century, tech savvy, profitable companies.
To address the obvious counter argument of "why cant they do it themselves, why hire someone else to manage their business" All accountability rests on the business owner, MSPs just provide ways of improving the business(cutting costs, raising revenues) by implementing modern IT solutions. There are thousands of family owned businesses, llcs, and corps that use their services.
I expected this to send the stock flying, but we're seeing a different reaction, IMO due to the negative sentiment spread about by numerous bitter, inexperienced investors who purchased shares on top and got burned. This sentiment will fade once the new, redesigned sites are up and running and business model is readjusted to reflect current market conditions. EMXC can and will succeed! Roxy will go all the way to realize her late husbands dream, it is a personal matter for her.
