As for the school, how do we know that the building wasn't being cleaned, and that the chairs and desks weren't being stored in a separate location that Kerrisdale never found or showed us?

The building alone is not an airtight fraud case. If I went into a middle school during spring break, in which they are renovating or cleaning, what are the odds that the desks and chairs will be out of the rooms? Decent.
