Schmike : The 504 registration money, would have gone in to MMUH

The RULE 144 money.. thats where probably they got their money from. which amounts to around about $140,000

As for the actual Salary disclosed: don't be fooled by the Nil amounts

Officers can take all sorts of money out of the company, under expenses, without having to disclose anything

And especially for a company like MMUH where the CEO produces the company accounts
