Well, even if you could short QASP, the answer is obviously NO.

Potential profit per share would be limited to .0015 (the bid) minus commission and margin costs, while potential loss would be unlimited.

The idea that short selling is the cause of micro-cap price performance is a stinker-pink myth. Share price performance reflects the company's performance, or rather, the lack therof.
