I think that the fact that on this board, (379 followers) that company, which has service in 3 of the largest markets in country, not one user is presently using or willing to switch their service over to them. You would spend thousands of dollars on the stock but not even a couple of hundred bucks to use their services? Very interesting. Perhaps their marketing scheme is just an indication of desperation. The fact that people who have worked the system are complaining, is indicative of either poor implementation, inattention to detail, lack of penetration, possible cash flow difficulties or false claims.

Just pick up the phone and buy it. Sign up for the marketing program ( It's only a couple of hours a week, less time than you spend reading posts from strangers here.) and see if you think that it works.
