No, being "torn up" is not in my vocab when it comes to trading stocks. You can't second guess yourself when you place a trade. It goes good or bad and you get out one way or another and then you move on to the next stock. IF I was torn up, I would not still posses shares I had last year and then continued through the year accumulating more shares.
