The company will now begin to consolidate mining properties and increase shareholder value by adding seasoned professionals and near term production projects to its current portfolio.

lets see when their next pr comes out..,and what it says...
CANCELING a R/S for a penny stock is HUGE ....imo

the new guy seems fairly confident they can get shareholder value up so they must have plans...or news...

I expect a POP this morning followed by a small selloff...then another leg up to .04....or more....especially since their was only 3 million shares traded yesterday and the rise we got...
