PCFG, 3 PR's and 50 Cents

Following PCFG closely and have a good feel for this one. MM's have been holding the price down to cover their short interest. They know time is no longer on their side. 3 PR's likely at any time within the next 30 to 45 days will send this one to 25 or 50 cents very quickly. That's the way I see it.
