big baggage? have u ever invested in a micro cap before? 700 mil is not a big o/s and where are you getting a 10x increase in o/s post merger? they may incrementaly increase a/s as the share price appreciates to raise additional capital but the float is somewhere around 300 mil right? i dont buy anything your posting right now it doesnt make sense....they dont conduct a reverse merger then authorize 10x the existing share structure...
