The Outlet store is located off the 805 highway and is within approximately one half mile of the USA/Mexico border crossing that sees approximately 18,000 potential customers each day that cross the US/Mexico border on foot and 35,000 passengers cars. The Outlet store is approximately 6,000 sq. ft. in size as compared to Lucky 7's former retail space of about 1,000 sq. ft. The size of the new retail space will allow for approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of storage for inventory with the remaining 4,000 sq. ft. for the retail operations that will sell name brand, clothing, general merchandise, appliances, and electronics. Due to the size of the outlet-retail space along with the potential consumers crossing the border each day, we anticipate seeing the new Lucky 7's Outlet store with daily sales from $5,000 to $10,000.
