Let's look at the bigger picture of LOCN for a moment:
Here is the chart of DYER, an OTCQb stock currently trading at 5.02 pps (!) and is not even NASDAQ tier yet but already at 5.00+ pps. It ran to 10.00 pps on it's peak!
It was a shell previously too and very similar to LOCN in it's share structure.
Now where are all those people ridiculing us here for saying LOCN can do the same? AND without an R/S?
