Silver Bear Resources Inc. is a Canadian listed and domiciled exploration company currently engaged in the exploration of prospective silver and other precious metal properties in Russia.

Silver Bear's principal asset is its 100% owned Mangazeisky silver project located in the Republic of Sakha, Yakutia, in the Russian Federation. The Company's most recent NI 43-101 resource estimate was announced in November 2009 with an Indicated mineral resource of 1.0 million tonnes at an average grade of 558 grams per tonne for 18 million ounces of silver and an additional Inferred mineral resource of 1.5 million tonnes at an average grade of 596 grams per tonne for 29 million ounces of silver.

Silver Bear's corporate strategy is to identify and develop silver opportunities in Russia by exploration, acquisition, joint venture or otherwise. The Company is focused on further delineating the high grade silver mineralization discovered in the Vertikalny vein of the Mangazeisky Project and the exploration of the 19 other known silver mineralized zones on the property. Based on the encouraging results from the drilling programs concluded in September 2007 and 2008, Silver Bear believes the Mangazeisky Project has the potential to become a world class silver deposit.
