Agreed. The thought that this reverse brings anything to present shareholders is foolish. No company is going to give up more than 10 - 12% so take present O/S and multiply it by 8 - 10 after a reverse. Present O/S is what?

This goes sub penny in a reverse. They will have to do a R/S to jack it back up.
