They can't build the conventional panels to match the low light/artificial light because the component cells won't or can't capture enough light to operate as well as Solar window because the technology does not have the efficiency to operate at that level. Two different technologies that are mismatched . You must point the solar panels directly to the sun for efficient operation, not so with Solar Windows because they are more efficient in low light and don't need to be directly facing the sun to operate. Solar panels are not as efficient unless pointing at direct sunlight and would not operate as efficiently on a cloudy day as our product will because of it's efficiency in any low or artificial light, which is 10 fold strait up or 1,000% better.
