I doubt HB is willing to sell his life's work for $15



Either way you cut it, $15/share is nearly $2 billion fully-diluted. That's a lot of money for any company.

If Harvey wanted $65/per share, maybe he shouldn't have issued so much stock in secondaries and PIPES over the years.
