Well I agree with you 100% that berger thinks this thing is worth more than $15 per share but if they made the offer the board would have to serve their fiduciary responsbility to the shareholders and determine if it was in the "shareholders" best interest. Would probably have to engage 3rd party to do an analysis. Anywhoo I don't see an offer from merck in the near term but I will say this...... a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. I think this thing goes higher than 15 but to have 15 right now would definately be worth it.
