Call Zecco and ask them to talk to the margins department. I had a similar situation. If you haven't done this yet, you will be required to cover the shorted shares first. The online system will allow you to do this. Once you have the shorts covered, then give them a call, and a manager should be able to readjust your buying power so that it reflects what it was before they back tracked the RS.
