Well if the doc was real, it was only an intent to file before 5th. I wouldn't worry much if it gets delayed little bit since it can happen sometimes. I will not sell even if the filing doesn't come out before 5th since it shouldn't take too long after that even if they miss the intended timing of dec 5th by little bit
