No problem Windfall, I appreciate your objective criticism.

I think anything at this point is pure speculation, however I do feel that he (by he I mean Gelmon) would not of mentioned the shipment details, no matter how vague they may be if it were not true for fear of the legal repercussions.

I am fairly certain by the end of next week we should know the rest of the story on this one. I think most of us here are hoping for a home run, I think we may just see that by the end of next week.
