If I were a betting man (btw I am), it looks to me like DOMS still sitting atop the ask at 8 is selling short to whoever wants in, and in the process has a deal with NITE to buy all the shares that are sold at the bid from him to cover his previous shorts. Just a guess, but DOMS will not move out of the way no matter what buying pressure we saw yesterday and have yet to see today. He is doing just that or has a boatload to sell for someone.
