gotta admit thats some pretty big cash they pulled in... from some respectable investment companies... i looked them over and they are PIPE investors and investors heavy on the chinese market... the minimum investment was 25k and the last guy just bought enough (6250 shares) but some of those guys bought more than the donenfeld... but then again the majority of donenfelds shares over 500,000 of them were bought at .38 cents so even if he's behind a little in his 125,000 @ 4.00 hes way a head with his 560,000 @ .38
