Do You have a telephone? if so use it and call up the company and get your own answer. If Jim/Dean doesn't answer the phone leave a voicemail. Real simple. Who says they have to put a pr out about a replacement in advance of snipes possibly going to jail? I would think one would wait to know the outcome of snipes before they announce anything publically about a replacement, that would be doing stuff bassackwards if they did what you suggested.

Keep trying to stir the pot up, everyone invested knows EFGU value of stock has nothing to do with Snipes but you apparently havent' figured that out yet. You do know there are plenty of fish in the sea or in this case big name action type actors to choose from for a replacement :)
