What do you think about this: LOCN phone nr changed only visible at the filing sites such as Edgar online. No PR, no newsletter, no dilution.

Have you ever thought about that if they wanted to pull a scam they'd hire newsletter P&D's and dilute us into oblivion and make millions of $$$???

What happened yesterday was only about 180k $, surely not worth an illegal fraudulent voice machine setup.

Sorry, but LOCN/ Heskett are no pink-sheet stock idiots pulling scam. LOCN is fully reporting OTCQb and has not diluted a single share since it's $20k worthy filings about a month ago!
