THE MARKETS ARE EFFICIENT IN ALL ASPECTS.

There is a reason the stock went from $0.85 cents to $0.15 cents POST FDA SUBMISSION.

The machine has something that is materially wrong. If you honestly believe that "the FDA rendered the application NSE because we didn't provide financial information" then OK - IDK what to tell you!
