If it's based on an existing and profitable core business then QASP has no chance of getting funding IMO. Did you notice in the last quarterly report that they only spent about 1500 dollars on aircraft fuel for what was it, 6 months? How healthy is that AAI business if their postage expenses is higher than fuel for all their flight training needs??
