i agree, something doesn't add up. $35 mill with $10 mill for operations, equipment and facilities over the next 2 years and $20 mill for acquisitions, licenses, joint ventures and other development projects.

i thought LJC funding ends approx. 9/05. And Dutchess doesn't start until the S-2 is approved, or up to 90 days after its approval. and dutchess runs for 2 years from that point.
