Spot on joetm, HFBG is a diluting mess and the quarterly financial statements are even worse. Whenever they max the A/S out is when they will raise it IMO. Seen it many many times down here in the OTC markets. Anyone that looks at the charts can easily see how the many billions of shares have weighted down the PPS more and more over the last several months. More shares will be coming into the float too I am sure.
