hey---I WONT argue that point !!!---my guess,if called to the front of the classroom---morris will use these exact words---"pr was based on a pending LOI that did not come to fruition,business conditions quickly degenerated to the point,that for the good of the company this rs was necessary"---read the pr again---he really did do a good job of not making any LEGALLY binding comments.
