They canceled it and filed the SEC paperwork this week, so it's official. They are reincorporating in NV though, effective the first part of January (3rd I think).

The timing of the announcement of the R/S and then quickly canceling it, after listening to share holders was a very poor management decision. It killed any momentum this stock had going into the busiest shopping time of the year. This stock closed in the Red yesterday after this HUGE HUGE announcement. how does this happen!? And now today, VFIN is sitting on the BID and the ASK just keeping the price down. do you know who they are?
