you have to admit-----pretty prophetic that morris took the time to close his "PR" with the words-----"the only recourse against a ceo is for fraud or negligence.making a bad business decision is not actionable."------I think I may have posted 1.5 seconds after reading that that morris seemed to be laying the groundwork for something !!
