TSTC this would make sense if BAD news came out but tiny 1.7 mill share offering & 5.4 mill shares traded in 4+ days ??? PR will clarify things imo in a very positive way showing clearly WHY they couldnt use LOC money & why they are doing raise to Build manufacturing capacity for WFDS ramp on Govt mandate $$$$ Growth for 2011 is good news & will update Net Income Guidance hopefully closer to $30 Mill in Net Income which means we are at LOW 4X's 2010 EPS & likely 2 or 3X's 2011 EPS
