you do realise that in the otc market you first need to
get a shell,where in the nasd you go through a different procedure where you have underwriters etc..
so when you see someone say it is a reverse merger or an otc ipo,the company has actually aquired the shell first..

and as for pumpin and dumpin,well every publicly traded company is a pump n dump,the investors bottomline is has it been a successful one for them and 98 percent of all otc reverse mergers are done through participation deals with the previous shell owner cause they dont have the cash,thus the reason for them going public,to have someone foot the bill for their ideas and concept and never having to repay the bill..

as for ezto,their is no previous owner,as the shell and ownership was paid in full,and the stock has been trading now for like 9-10 months...
