You're asking the wrong guy who doesn't know why Ambit would R/M with LOCN :) (oh because it's much faster and cheaper than IPO)

And LOCN's phone-nr changed yesterday with voice-message that of Ambit Energy.

So a HUGE new point to add to the list we have in that recap DD.
