I have to ask??? Back at the end of the summer we were on fire and the JV seemed to be moving along nicely and rather quickly. I know we hit the lawsuit snag that stopped us in our tracks, but that was resolved with some dilution but not enough to kill us. Why should that have affected the progress of the JV dealings? With metals moving up and in such hot demand wouldn't it be all investors best interests to be moving on this? and if so what is the "real" holdup them?
Just real questions I am not totally sure of?
