Dear MartinM,

I want to thank you for your loyalty and interest in what we are doing at Great South Land Minerals (GSLM) Office as an Empire Energy Subsidiary based in Tasmania, Australia. It is great to hear from shareholders and respond to their queries. I hope I will be able to answer some of your questions and give you some useful information on our drilling program.

By following GSLM progress through press releases, you may have noticed that Mr Malcolm Bendall CEO and Mr David Villarreal Chairman of the Empire energy and Great South Land Minerals and remaining directors have been challenged by the world financial crises to overcome recent GSLM financing deficiency to commence drilling in Tasmania as soon as November 2010.

The CEO and Board of Directors have made good progress toward securing and providing the required budget to facilitate GSLM’s exploration program in Tasmania. We are expecting to receive good news in relation to these matters and we are aware that Empire Energy is preparing an announcement to be issued within the next few days.

Although we have experienced unexpected delays, we have been working in GSLM Office updating Permits and other requirements to facilitate resumption of the drilling at Bellevue #1 as soon as finance is forthcoming. Further updates will be issued by Empire Energy in due course.

We are excited to continue our drilling program and are confident that the first oil and gas well will be drilled in a few months on the island of Tasmania.

I hope all these have given you the information you have asked. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with further queries.

We are so close. Thank you for your patience to date.

Kind Regards,
Dr. Zohreh Amini

Subject: Request for information about EEGC.

Dear mister Bendall,

I am a long stocholder in EEGC. In the PR of 26 october 2010 your company announced the following issues.
1. "The Company continues to anticipate resuming drilling operations during the month of November, subject to government re-approvals".

2. "Empire’s Chairman, CEO and two additional Directors intend to travel to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates within the next two weeks for a series of meetings with potential joint venture partners. The Company anticipates authorization for an initial $20 million line of credit to complete the conditions precedent to the $180 million structured finance facility and recommence mobilization of the drilling rig within the next fourteen days".

I am a long since early 2007 and bougth my chairs partly for $ 0,17 ps. Later on I bought another number, also fullfilled my duty to subscribe the RO for a great number of shares.

Now I want to know: what are the perspectives of the company. In the PR there were enclosed some issues and concerning timetables were tied. Now, at the end of november I didn"t see a thing of this going to happen, while the PR was clear about it.

Please can you inform me about the perspectives of the company and when the perspectives will be reached?
Otherwise I have to believe, that the negative people on bulletinboards are reaching their goals, by saying that the investment is worthless and the people behind the company are more busy with their own goals than to help the company to grow and be succesfull in the Oil and Flaregas industry.

Do I have to fear for my investment, based on a lack of information ( see your own PR) now and no futher progress for the future, or is somthing going on right at this moment.

Please will you as soon as possible inform me and the other shareholders, who still believe in the possibilities for your Company, about the progress till now.

Give me please the feeling that I have to stay as a shareholder!
Thank you for your answer.
Yours sincerely,

MartinM
