What is the truth to you regarding this stock.
Is it true that they promised dividends years ago and have not delivered?
it is true that they promised to have the Financials Filed last April and have not done that?
Is it true that they have started a buy back program and how many shares have they bought to cause the stock price to drop?
Is it true about the recent share dilution and the selling of discounted shares?

These are truths that need to be addressed. Not statements that cannot be proven.
