Hi Ben Lurkin-
I have been leaning to the opinion that if CLYW had all of it's ducks in a row as far as the court case (someone has been agreeing to all the stays for a reason--getting witnesses together?)that TMob would settle--and for 100s of Ks. I feel from the activity I am seeing that CLYW would rather chew their legs off than sell the patents, and rumor is they have more than the one invention......Drago is a vampire, and I read that they gave him the job of raising money and he couldn't.
What would happen if someone suddenly, like Acacia, threw 10M at their feet to defend the suit without asking for 50% of future profits like Acacia did?
