a near historic low price of .60 +- surely isnt indicative of that. particularly on the paltry volumes of late.
heres a couple of highly educated guesses, which are coupled with the company's past performances of record:
if there is no air permit by year end, expect price to plummet to near .25 levels.
if air permit granted prior to end of year, and JBII is told of the myriad other permits necessary to begin commercial production of [fuel like materials], expect price to plummet to near .25 levels.
consensus: expect JBII price to plummet to near .25 levels.

a bit late for that now, with my massive position. however, its only money. but that doesnt preclude JB, and/or the company from performing, which clearly they are not. so, just put me into the highly disgruntled shareholder category.
