There also seems to be a clear factual conflict about the training center between the 10-K and the investor presentation on the CEU website in the investor relations section.

The 10-K states: "We have a 36,600 square foot training facility in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, PRC, which has 17 classrooms and can accommodate 1,200 students."

The presentation states: "...36,000 square foot building with 80 modern classrooms, with capacity for 3,600 students."

I don't see how both statements can be true, so I am concluding either (a) the facility is fictional and management creates whatever story they believe sounds best at the time, or (b) communication of facts among management is flawed, or (c) management has little regard for the factual accuracy of what they present.

And, NONE of these conclusiions leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling.
