Hip...good guess on the sq/ft but it doesn't have a basement. That's the 1st and 2nd floor heated sq/ft.

Actaully, if I didn't have to spend so much time picking stuff out (like colors, appliances and stuff it would be fun. This is what I enjoy.

I may try to do it every 2 years and take the tax free exchange money and trade a little to keep food on the table.
